I showed these photos to my wife and now she’s insistent this be our next mod. I believe I read in another thread a mention of it rattling when underway, have you figured out a fix or is not noticeable enough to be a big deal?

It rattle while the engine is on at idle. It's not terrible but it is noticeable. When actually cruising and I can't hear anything. It's not bad enough for me to pursue a way to silence it. I would imagine if you have an FAE or surf pipe it may not rattle at all. I think its the bubbles hitting it from the exhaust at idle that make the sound.

Only thread in 15 on the new posts section that isn't a bot. Makes it almost useless to continuing using this forum when the Facebook page is so much better. We just add ballast to the rear bags, built in ladder.

I disagree, the facebook page gets hit with constant repetitive questions.

The guys on the forum have the real institutional knowledge.

For example, Goose doesn't post on FB, just on the forum....

Echo that for the folks like me, who don't use Facebook! If the forum dried up I'd be starving for info and a place to get my questions answered or for wake boat related discussion.

Ok thank you, I’ll report back once I order and get it mounted since I do have the surf pipe.

I’m not on Facebook either for what it’s worth....

Over the years all the traffic has been moving to social media and that is why that Facebook page has over 8k members. A lot of them are newbies and just want a quick answer to something they do not know about.

I use both, but have multiple friends that were on the Moomba or Supra Forums and no longer log on. They say “old, clunky tech, same people posting, and not much action”. But they use Facebook and contribute to that platform.

Agree with the post above of the annoying FBook posts on the same subjects:
    Wakemaker codes....
    What ballast and where...
What surf board for a big guy....
    Etc

    Different strokes for different folks.
