Wanting to get some domed numbers but wonder if silver outline and black metal flake center would stand out enough on an all
Black boat

Print some dummy numbers of the same colors, tape them to the boat and stand back 100 feet and see if you can distinguish the numbers. The po po are the ones who need to see them and they are usually quick to let you know.

Oh well I went with silver metallic outline with black metallic inside.

I only go to Cumberland. Wouldn’t mind to try dhl or norris but having Cumberland right down the street keeps me from it lol
