    Yes, that is true.

    Not sure what that has to do with putting chalk blocks on you’re trailer when it’s disconnected....

    Correct me if I am wrong because I have never tried this but.......if the brakes are locked with the trailer disconnected, do you need wheel chocks?

    Where I park in my barn is flat, so it’s a non issue for me.
