For sure! I was gonna take pics of the new lead location, but I got popped for a trip.
I added the 600# midship to try and be able to increase the surf speed, and it worked. The amount of push is absurd. Our back legs were toast.

Enzos, factory front ballast. 200# of lead under the leg of each bag under the flip up seats. (Helps drain the legs too)
100# next to the batteries, 100# behind the drivers seat.

We were surfing around 11.7-11.9, with the surf plate at 65, smart plate at 0. 100% ballast all around. I don’t use autowake but I have found that 10.5 pitch and -4.5 roll seems to be the happy spot. I just pull it up when we start and see if we’re close to the numbers and adjust from there.
That day we had my wife driving (120#) and two 200ish# guys on the port side when someone was riding. Nice thing about that lead was it really didn’t matter where anyone sat, the wave didn’t change by much and we messed around for a while.
We all only surf regular, so I really don’t have any goofy numbers.

Gonna jump on it after work today. Hoping I can get it handled pretty quick. I had to remove my sub boxes and the bow speakers, so those have to go back in too.

Hopefully I can figure out where all the hardware goes! I have a big pile of screws, nuts, and bolts. LOL

Just remember, for every screw left out, it’s that much more high performance! Lol

So we got after it tonight. Some good, some stuff that needs addressed. The curvature of the bow is near impossible to get stretched correctly without having the boat at the upholstery shop. There's some pieces that I'm concerned about how stretched and stressed the vinyl is at the corners. And some parts of the pattern just don't look 100% right. So I'll trailer the boat over to the upholstery shop after work tomorrow. The shop seems very willing to work with me, so I'm hoping for the best.

That said, once I take it back to the shop WITH the boat and tie up the loose ends, I think it'll look badass. Here's a peak at the stuff that's looking good. It's a medium gray with silver carbon fiber, blue carbon fiber, and black carbon fiber vinyl. The piping is the blue CF vinyl and the stitching is also blue.

And here's an idea of what it used to look like:

Would be a good time to do some Gator Step or SeaDeck right now and get rid of the carpet to complete the interior overhaul.

I did hydroturf 4 years ago. with extra material on the gunwales and bow. Also made a custom surf platform with hydroturf. way more functional than carpet and a great value for the money.
