Awesome, need all the advice on cold gear I can get. Neoprene booties are genius, forgot about them even though I have used them diving a long time ago, makes perfect sense. I recall them being quite cheap as well.

The little one and I wandered up to my dads place on lake Conroe for a couple days. Went for an evening cruise today with the neighbor, then hit up Busters for some awesome Crawfish and finally got some fishing in for Nolan. Good times even though we didn’t get into the water.

It's more like the rule of 85 to 90 for me up here. Or really it's the rule of "it's not raining and it's not freezing temps overnight"
Or maybe some neoprene socks. the neoprene booties keep your feet warm, but the rubber soles on them take away a great deal of the board feel and control. And you can't use booties with wakeboard bindings. Although with my closed toe bindings, I've been fine in water temps in the low 40s or even in the upper 30s.2008 Moomba Mobius XLV. Monster Cargo Bimini, WS Rev 410's, Polk Cabins, 3 Infinity Subs, PPI amps, WS420, Exile BT, upgraded ballast pumps, up to 3,500+ pounds of ballast, Blue LED's...

I have 3mm booties, they do fine surfing, just got the thinner 1.5mm socks on your recommendation Trayson. Not all of us are as hardened as you guys up in the PNW... lol
