Change stock bags in 2019 Max
Hi All,
I am buying a 2019 Max. I found a thread on here where the rear factory bags were changed out with 1280lbs and two 550lbs were piggybacked under port and starboard seats midship. I want to do this immediately but I wonder if it will impact the new full bag sensors. FYI, I have the G6 setup and autowake3.
I read there are 2 different types of sensors; in the overflow and an independant level tube. Sounds like the tube is still taller than the 1280 wavemaker bags. Any input or advise?
Thanks!

I know that Wakemakers makes the 1800s that are fitted to go over the hump between the rear locker and side seats. They are not cheap...but I believe the come with all the appropriate fittings.
Anyone running the new bags in a Max?

I have the 1800’s sitting in my garage, won’t be home for a couple weeks to see them, they were $750 during Black Friday. I won’t have my boat until the end of June but I can look at the bags when I get home.
I also got 500lbs of lead to start with and will try it up front and midship
