Need replacement Tower nav light?

I just bought a used 2005 outback however the tower white nav light is gone (just the bulb and the globe) where would I find one to replace it?

I also want to replace the speaker plastic covers (they are a little rough for being 13 years old) any idea where to get these as well?

I seen them at Walmart also, the tube going to the light is a little longer than the stock one. Everything else is the same.
