Little things that matter.
At the end of the 2005 season I lost the plastic head off the screw that holds the plastic engine cover on. I contacted the dealer that sold me the boat. I was promised, by the owner that he would order me a replacement. May 06 >>Forward>> November 2006. No word from the dealer.
November 6/06 I emailed Indmar and asked if I could order the part through them directly. Today Nov.16 /06 Arrive home to find the part and a couple new stickers for the boat waiting.
No charge..
Hats off to Indmar for the amazing service. Going above and beyond!

LOL I didnt mention it.. I wasnt even sure that they would be able to help me directly.. I figured they would say go here or order it from there..
The only response I got was an out of office reply when I first emailed.
They kick @ss over there
And yes Ed Watersports of Central Florida is the place to go (plug plug)
