High Pich Whining at 1000rpm Raptor 400

My 2018 Craz has a super high pitch whine at 1000rpm. Video link below. Seems to only happen in forward. Can’t recreate it in reverse. I have it at the dealer right. Is for its 20 hour service and they are looking into this noise as well but they said they haven’t come across any other boat with this same issue. It’s a really irritating noise and is right at the ideal no wake speed for my 2018 Craz. It almost sounds like some harmonic resonance type sound.

I was thinking maybe shaft alignment issue? Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?
