I just realized the 300 hours column is also the annual so I guess replace them each year? How long do you guys generally go before replacing?

I replaced them at 600hours, I had a misfire check engine light from a bad spark wire. Made sense to replace everything.

The way I would interpret 300 hours or annually for spark plugs is if you do over 300 hours in a season, just wait and do it at the end of season.

I’m only at 40 hours so wondering if it’s a waste to even change them?

Absolutely should NOT change them at 40 hours.

You should have many more seasons at 40 hours for 1 year.

Manual @ 300 hours which is the same time as the fluid changes.

That's what my dealer said at 300 hours, you don't need to change the plugs. Of course, my dealer is pretty inept.
