2000 Moomba Outback LS (Gauges aren't working!!)

Need some help!! My 2000 Moomba Outback LS gauges aren't working so I'm thinking I need to order new ones. I've heard about a control box but after looking under the dash and everywhere else on the boat I can't locate one. Another question is one of the gauges has a window where my hours are located and it's compromised with water in the glass gauge. I'm curious if I replace the gauge will the hours start over or does it pick up where it left off? I'm selling the boat so I need to get this resolved asap!! Thank you-

Old boats are not that smart. If you replace the gauge it will start with whatever is on the replacement.
If you're selling you might take a before and after picture to show the seller.
To my knowledge there is no "control box" of any kind.

This seems to be a big issue with these boats Haha!! Mine still isn't resolved either and injectors are now not firing either
