2013 LSV Digital Display Issue

Looking for suggestions. 2013 Mobius LSV w/Digital Cruise Pro and Gravity III-D. LCD display works normal on main menu for cruise control, temp display and ballast tracking. When you hold MENU button for 3 seconds it does what it’s supposed to and brings up the sub menu selection (SCRN- SET-BLST). I can select BLST using the buttons. As soon as you hit MENU again to get to the BLST sub menu, the screen goes blank. I can get back to the main screen but cannot get to any sub menus, the screen goes blank when you try to select them. It worked fine earlier this year after I had replaced both batteries at the beginning of the year. No other electronic issues with the boat. Any thoughts?

You can try unplugging the cable on the back of it. Let it sit a minute to see. Sounds like a software glitch though.
