    Default Changing speakers in boat

    Hey Everyone.

I’m not really a audio repair guy, but how hard is it to replace the 6 in boat speakers as a dyi? I have some new kickers in a box that were set to go in my old boat, so I was thinking about putting them in the LSV. I think I have a few speakers that are a touch worn out.

As always, any insight is always very appreciated.

    Richard.

At a minimum, you will need to cut back the leads and crimp on new terminals and drill new screw holes. At the max, you will need to enlarge the moutning hole.

Sorry. Should have put this in the audio section.
