Heater core leaking
2008 Supra launch 22SSV. Heater core under the helm appears to be leaking. Floor around it is pretty wet. Is it easier to pull it out from the front storage cubby under the seat or from under the helm. Any comments are appreciated on how to remove and what would possibly be leaking.
Thanks

If its leaking then its the hose connections at the core or the core cracked.
Most likely the core is cracked, when I replaced mine I had to cut the lines off because they used some kind of sealing glue and I couldn't get them off the core.
As for what direction it comes out, generally its easier to go though the front of the dash.Malo <--- Means--Evil or Mean One. This explains a lot.

I cracked the heater core one winter by not draining properly and it froze. I found it easier to access from the front through the bow. I cut the hoses and spliced them together so the loop would close on the water circulation and we could boat for a while until replaced the core. it was pretty tight quarters, but the only access to get to the mounting screws. good luck!
