This is a great boat guys. Chris and I dialed in the surf wave on this thing (using a wave shaper I made him) and it is money!!

If you’re looking to get into a good sized, economically priced V-drive that can hold its own with many of the newer boats in terms of wave size and quality, then look no further.

Here some more pics I have from numerous sessions

Great looking surf wave! How are you distributing your weight, what speed are you running and wakeplate setting for goofy. I’ve been struggling a little this year to clean up my goofy side wave on my 08 LSV. I have a similar ballast set up as you. 1100 ea rear, 650locker, 500 bow and 500#’s of lead I’ve been playing with.

    Thanks!

    Good luck with sale!

That’s surprising as the goofy wave is the best of both sides. We use a wake shaper as far back as it will go under the LSV decals and run 11mph with wakeplate all the way up. All bags full and a 400 across the seat and another 400 on the surf side seat that we move to whatever side we surf on.

I used the mission delta last year and was happy with the improvement. Last fall I had the auto flow 2.0 tabs from wakeland installed and have been tremendously happy with the results. From what you said, sounds like I need to move my lead further back. I currently have 100#’s bow, 200#’s port and starboard midship. I’ll try moving all the lead to the back and see how that does. Are you 100% full starboard and 80% port?

    Thanks I appreciate the help!

The reason your wave is now better on the Goofy is the surf wedge.

I always have to make both waves great as my wife surfs goofy. We had an 08 LSV for a while and this was before the wedge, flow, auto systems.

On the Mojo I had the same problem, I even made a wake plate attachment to clean up the goofy wave and it did a great job. But it did weaken the regular wave a little.

Now I have the Wake Makers auto system and my Goofy wave is killer, but the Regular wave is now a lot weaker. Its always a give and take, but I am actually hopping
the new wedge I got plus the auto system will fix that issue as well.

I think we do take a little bit out of the non Surfside. But it is key to have as much weight to the back and to the surf side as possible

Yes I cant keep up with all the different names they have LOL.

Its basically a wedge device so I just call them wedges.

Every company has a different name for them lol

Like the one I am getting is called a Mission Delta.

I have been wanting to try the mission delta wake shaper with the surf tabs and see how that works!
