Phase five hammerhead?
Hey everyone.
Looking at a hammerhead but not sure the size is right. I need some of your pro tips!! It is a 53. I weight 225 so I am wondering if the 55 is better or if this one would work for me.
Any help is always appreciated.
Thanks
Richard.

I always go my weight range or 1 bigger. So whatever it says on the site for you is what I would go with. Looking at it, you need the 55 as the 53 only is rated to 200 pounds

Yep, I’m 220ish, surfed a 53 on Monday. It definitely can handle the weight until it goes squirrelly. Then it’s hard to pump back in. I just kept digging the nose. I want a 55, or I need to do a rider mod and drop 25#. I think I’ll go with the 55 lol

I have been on the 55, it is a lot of fun. I have the Model X big kid version, I really like it as well.

They are fast boards. My buddy, over 250# plus, bought a P5 Wire 60".
Too big for me, but on my first ride on it last week and I was almost hitting the back of the boat.
