Default 08 LSV motor making a whining noise

By chance does anyone know what is causing the whining noise? It sounds like it could be coming from the fuel pump but, difficult to pin point where its coming from. 2008 Moomba LSV approximately 400 hrs. Attached is the link to the YouTube video of the sound.

Sounds like the engine recirc water pump bearings going out. My boat had that failure and it still pumped water up until the end when the pulley broke off and dropped into the bilge. It was a predicted failure as it happened on vacation but it didn't take long for it to get worse.

I don't do engine work but it is a regular automotive part and my auto mechanic replaced it. I don't think it would be that difficult

I replaced mine on 07 LSV 2 years ago. It was super easy only took a couple hours. I’m not super handy just average I would say and one of the guys at Bakes talked me through it on the phone. While your at it might as well throw a new belt on and maybe replace the thermostat.
