Exile ZLD issues

Having some issues with my Exile ZLD I’m hoping someone can help with....it powers on fine - at least I can see it light up - but really getting no output, I can hear the speakers but very faintly even with the volume cranked all the way up. I think it’s the ZLD because I disconnected all the rca cables and spliced them to the main and everything is fine - speaker volume goes all the way up as normal. I checked to make sure the aux input wasn’t engaged (had that happen before) and don’t know what else it could possibly be. Any ideas??
