Outback shaft strut bearing

Hey guys
I just picked up a 2003 outback. I started it up today to run some fresh water through it. Kicked it in gear and oh man we has excessive noise and vibration from the shaft strut on the underside of the hull. I sprayed some oil along the shaft and ran it and the noise went away. How do i know whe this bushing needs to be changed? Where can i buy some? The boat was just dewinterized today so everything likely dried up
