Tight steering
Hey guys
I just purchased an 03 outback.
The seller stated the steering is really hard to turn. Indeed it is extremely hard to turn. I see that it seems the steering cable is a common failure. How can i find out which size and length of cable i need?
Thanks

I had the same problem in my 2005 Mobius LSV. Look under the dash and get the numbers off the steering cable and call Skidim. They were fast and knew what they were talking about. It was an easy fix and the difference is night and day!! Only pain in the ass is getting the cable in those tight turns. Good Luck, well worth it!

Or call Atlanta Marine. I spoke to their parts department and they had one drop shipped from skierschoice a lot cheaper than anywhere I found online. Talk to Tim he found the length I needed and I had the cable in less than a week.
