Engine won’t fire- no fuel to carb
Hello, I have a 2006 Outback with 310 Indmar Carb.
I have read a few threads that are close to my issue but not exact.
Just got the boat out of storage and it turns over great but would not fire. Got it to go pouring a little fuel down carb throat but wouldn’t stay running. Pulled hose off carb side of fuel pump and it was bone dry and wouldn’t pump when turned over. I have read about a fuse but I couldn’t find one and read somewhere it is only on EFI models. Is that true? . Does that mean the pump is dead or is there something else I should look at?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Jumper the pump and see if it runs and then see if fuel flows out of the line at the carb.

If the pump works then there is an oil pressure switch on the engine connected to the pump that can fail.

Thanks everyone for the ideas, really appreciate your help and time. We put a meter on the fuel pump and tried the other suggestions, had power to it but it wouldn’t pump so pulled it took it to the dealer and they declared it DOA. They are looking for one for us but say they need the serial number off the engine because they have to match it up. Does this seem right?
