Hello, I am new to this forum and have a lot of questions. I came from the Tige world (Don't Hate me)!
I am replacing the engine in my 2000 Outback and a great deal of the upholstery as well as new carpet. I really like this boat.
The biggest question i have is about the back seat. I pulled it and the gas tank to clean it. The rear seat was not fastened down. it had about a million pounds of wet sand in garbage bags. I understand why it was done but surely that was not factory? I asked a different question and never got a reply.

Anyone with a 2000 Outback help a brother out?

Definitely not factory to have sand bags there.

My boat is missing the center door for the windshield. Got a price for a new one. Almost $1000.00! I’ll do without it!
