Warranty for Fulton jack

The sheer pin between the handle and the gear broke on my jack the website says life time warranty would this be something that is covered

You will need to contact them directly, If yours is newer and you have proof of purchase then its a lot easier, but without a proof of purchase then its a real crap shoot on if they will help or not.

On mine a couple years back the frame on the back broke, and they replaced it once but said they wont warranty it twice.
