Wakeshaper
I know there is a lot of chatter out there on different wakeshapers. I wanted to share my experience as I wasnt a believer until recently. I decided to build my own shaper, blueprinting off other designs I have seen and typical components used.
I built an aluminum support frame, bolted to suction cup lifter from Amazon and trimmed some HDPE (also from Amazon). Less than $100 in it.

I was running 10.5mph with 750lbs in port locker and 400lbs in starboard & bow. Wakeplate was 3/4 DOWN and only 3 adults in the boat.
The shaper really cleaned up the wake. I normally struggle to get enough push in those conditions and usually run the wake plate 3/4 UP. More weight is next but the shaper was a game changer when I have less bodies on the boat."The Boomba" '12 Mojo 345HP
