Cracked hull

Is it ok for the fiberglass around the bow eye to be cracked?

Just looks like a stress crack in the gelcoat. Gelcoat is very brittle. Nothing to be worried about. You can always take a peak at the inside fiberglass just to make sure nothing is delaminating.

Boats have glass and then a thin layer gelcoat over the top. Those top surfaces sometimes get stress cracks. Keep an eye on it, Probably nothing to worry about.

You will see posts on here of boats getting the gel fixed, but those are in noticeable areas - cracks in the transom, cracks by the tower supports, etc.

Although gel crack are not a structural concern, that location indicates that the bow eye might not be done correctly.

The OP has a 2017 Mondo, does it not seem premature to have this issue already and it is not under warranty?

No, that's from hitting the trailer or doc, or over tightening the strap.
