Help with Swivel rack install?

The instructions from Roswell say to put the release pin up not down, on the mag swivels anyway,and they lock in and out. Was a 5 minute install

Gotcha, I'm not sure if I have the mag swivels or not. I'll have to look next time I go to get the boat and compare mine to this picture. They're mounted with the pin down currently but there's just one allen head quick disconnect to flip it over and change it out to get the pin on top.

I'm sure it will work either way, pin up makes most sense to me though, since a magnet holds the pin down
