Default New Prop, FAE and custom sub enclosure 2016 Craz

Installed a new prop, FAE and sub enclosure for my Craz this weekend. Was a ton of work and I cant wait to get out and test them all. Forgot to take a picture of the sub installed, will grab that in the next week or so. For anyone installing the FAE, i found tying a rope to a tightened down to a hose clamp was the best way to remove the baffle from the boat. I routed the rope through the exhaust flange and pulled through the exhaust hole.

Did you use debond on the old exhaust flange glue? Can you post pic of that bottle or tell me which brand you used? I need to get some.

Yes I used Debond, I bought the install kit from fae. Bottle looked just like this. I used the back side of a claw hammer to pry the flange off after spraying the debond. Just make sure to put a towel where the hammer contacts the boat.

How many hours to do the FAE install? Is it like a Saturday afternoon with a buddy & a sixer?

I would say it took me and a buddy about 4, maybe 5 hours, including changing the baffle. The baffle removal was at least 1/2 this time untill we found a good method to get it out. The FAE install took about an hour, the rest of the time is removing the old components.
