Default Turn on key, not much works

I charged up the batteries, selected both on, and turned on the key (engine not running, it's winterized in storage). The computer and depth gauge fire up, and the trim tab works, but none of the switches do anything. Stereo, lights, pumps, none of the switches doss anything.

I must be missing something obvious. Anyone know what's going on?

There is a main circuit breaker and then a whole panel of breakers. That is where I would start

Also make sure all of your battery wires are on the post. I know I have left a wire off when changing out batteries before and couldn't figure out why a bunch of things weren't working. Start at the source (of power), right?
