Adding gps
I picked up a 2018 mojo this fall and still haven’t used it however after poking around this forum all winter I’m starting to regret not ordering the gps for the zero off option and the maps as well I’m new to boating. Is this something that the dealer can add later? Also I’ll primarily use the boat for surfing and it came with 900’s in the rear lockers I’m planning on adding 1100’s but I’m curious how effective will 400lbs more be and what are some things you guys would do to setup the boat? I’m trying to prioritize where I spend money first so I’d like to buy the things that are going to be most beneficial first and feed back and ideas are appreciated thanks.

Nauticlaugic.com for the GPS. I know the 2015-2016 Moomba setup works on the 2017s, should work on 2018s. Check your paddlewheel connector and compare it to the pics on their website.

Thanks for the response I’m going to look into that but I’m assuming it’s not going to enable maps. Being new to boating most of our lakes are unfamiliar to me. Also if one of you guys just picked up a mojo what would be the first improvements you would do with some sort of order of importance?

Does your Mojo have the IBS (Integrated Bow Sack). If not that could be a great place to start. I have the 1100’s in the rears and also have 500 lbs of lead I move around.

Do you have cell service on your lake? If so, use your maps. If not, buy a cheap GPS.

Do the newer boats have on screen GPS? I wasn't aware of that.

I think he's confusing 0 off GPS for speed control for a regular GPS having maps. The Moomba line doesn't that I'm aware of. But I could be wrong, my wife often tells me that I am, lol.

I think the display has the ability to do both zero off and maps. I’m pretty sure it can do maps though and the reasoning behind it is because my service is spotty to not working on my local lakes

Snowking, you are correct sir. It's an option on the Mojo, standard on the Pro for this year. Good catch and a cool feature. Not sure it's worth $880 though. I'd invest in more weight and pick up a GPS that you can also use in your car for getting around your waters. You might also be able to install Navionics to a tablet and use its built in GPS.
