Vegas Moomba Owners

I just recieved an offer from my company to move out to Las Vegas. Any Moomba owners out there? Where do go? I'm not familiar with the area other than knowing it's near the Colarado River and Lake Mead. Is there any other areas to wakeboard? How far? Any info would help as this is one of the many factors that would influence my decision.

I am a Vegas Moomba owner. I live in North Las Vegas by Aliante. My friend and I love the North part of Lake Mead. It has good water and great sand on the beaches. This part of the lake does not get crowded. The fastest way to get there is to cut through the valley of fire, if you live in the north. I also enjoy going to the river. Lake Havasu is an easy drive for 2.5 hours. You can also launch in Searchlight and have access to Lake Mohave and the river above. Rocks to jump off and some of the most beautiful views.
