Default Broken bolt on an Imperller pump

I broke the top off 1 of the 4 bolts when i replaced the impeller. The other 3 are fine. I have a boat lift so I started it up and there was no leak and the temp was fine but I know this is not a good situation. Am I going to need to replace the raw water pump? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sucks, but just remove the pump and drill out the broken off screw. Soak it with pbblaster, it may come out easily.. I'd probably drill out the whole screw and use a zip tie.. You can run it, but keep an eye on it, you don't want the plate to vibrate off, you'll over heat if it does.

Take the plate/cover back off and see if there is enough of it left to grab with a needlenose visegrip. See if you can get it out. If not, get an extractor bit and try that.

You'll want to get the bolt replaced as over time it will start leaking. A reputable auto mechanic has the tool to get it out.
