fresh air exhaust? can you explain that to me.. not sure what mine has?

Also called FAE - here you go. Makes a big difference . . . some also call it a very good stereo upgrade.
Most of the new boats have this as an option to buy now. This is the aftermarket company.

For PUMPS:
If your boat has not been upgraded, it probably has the orig sprinkler valve system. Very slow. Uses 1 pump via a manifold and sprinkler valves to push water to the bags. Then you have a single Rule Pump on each bag to drain the bags.
Some people are replacing that orig system w/electric ball valves:

The newer boats use Reversible Pumps - most costly, but not regrets from me when I updated my Supra. One pump to fill and drain.
