New boat break in!
Just purchased an 06 Outback V and have a few break in questions. I currently have 3 hrs on it and have stayed below 3000 RPMS during those hours. I know I am supposed to stay there until 5 are on the boat and then stay below 4 rpms until 7 hrs are on the boat. is there anything else I need to do?

Check the oil level every time you use the boat during break in and definately change the oil at 10 or 20 hours, im not sure which. I would not go to 50 hours on the first tank of oil.
I mess with Texas

More importantly than staying within the reccomended RPM ranges is to vary the engine speeds during those times.
