    Default Check valves

Where do you need these? I was under the impression you need them on vent lines but saw you don't in a post. In the process of upgrading my 06 LSV G1.

You can put them on the vent lines of bags only, not tanks. Make sure they are mounted so that they can allow air/water out to the drains on the side of the boat, and not the other way around, otherwise the bags won't ever fill.

Ah, didn't realize it was a tank set up on the other boat, makes sense. Backwards valve would not help for sure! Thanks for the reply.

Check valves can be a benefit in some parts of the system and are necessary in other parts of some systems. Depends on system design, pump type used and height of the sac.
