Lake Tube Losing Air?!?!?
Hey Everyone,
I have a 3 person tube that we use to tow behind the boat. It is large so hit has 2 different air chambers. One stays filled very nicely but the other looses air and needs a refill every 3 or 4 hours.
I cannot, for the life of me, find where the hole is. I have sprayed the tube with soap to try and find soap bubbling up. I have sat in a silent room laying on the tube listening for an air leak. I even tried shoving the thing under water (which doesn't work very well) to look for air bubbles coming out of the tube.
Any ideas?????2013 Moomba LSV

the cold water naturally causes the tube to lose air. As you mention one chamber remains full while the other needs refilled, I'm guessing the chamber that needs air has much more contact with the water than the other.

I think that is possible but maybe not the answer.
This is a picture of my tube...
It is actually the back rest part that is loosing air. Not the seat chamber.
Any other ideas or thought?
