Don't forget to include head wind. If it's a windy day and you're headed into it, you're effectively adding more speed.

I never take mine down. My storage unit is a football throw away from the gas station and launch ramp. If I bring it to the hotel I won't go over 50-55. Never had an issue.
I've had this convo with a Bimini installer and they say they recommend no more than 55. In reality they say if designed and installed properly it should be fine for 65-70. I wouldn't trust that though. Obviously on long trips I take it down.
