07 moomba möbius power loss at high rpm

Boat runs fine. Idles, good, cruises good, can't ask for anything better BUT when you go wide open,, it pulls for a few seconds, get to about 30mph or so and it dies,,, Not the engine but just power. Back the throttle up to neutral, gas it and it pulls hard for a few seconds, then happens again. Like I said, cursing around is fine.
I did notice that when the boat loses power, the lights on the cruise control comes on. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.

I thought about disconnected the cruise and seeing if that works,,, Any ideas???

Oh,, just changed fuel filter.. put it on the water and same thing.

Sounds like it could be cruise control related. Which version of cruise control do you have? Are you sure it's not turned on?

Not sure on which version. It's the one that has the rocker switch on/off and a -/+. I was thinking of unplugging the unit or cutting a wire and give it a try.

The switch is off and after the boat loses power, I look and the light is on..

I would be looking to disable that thing completely as a troubleshoot. Seems likely

I am having a very similar issue, however mine only does it when it's about 1/2 tank of fuel.

I do not have cruise control.

Might consider doing some troubleshooting on your fuel pump(s). Some have a high and low pressure depending on the year. Do some searches on here and you might find some other posts.
