Default Shout out to the Exile team

Had some stereo issues a couple weeks ago. Pulling a rider, turned down the volume on the ZLD, changed riders, changed play list, turned up the volume and the towers were dead. Lots of troubleshooting and frustration on my end (checking wiring all the wiring, patch cables, output from the amp, etc). To make a long story short, I worked with Donovan and Billy and found that the 4 towers blew completely.

Got a new set of speakers for the tower, new amp installed, system checked end to end and tuned. Being local helps, but I really appreciate the responsiveness from Donovan and Brian to help with the initial troubleshooting, and then them clearing a day this week to bring the boat in and let Billy comb through the system for me.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate all your help!

Would you mind sharing what the problem ended up being? They have helped me tremendously as well over the last couple months.

Started with the amp running the 4 tower speakers. They swaped that out for me. I was getting some funky results with the ZLD as well, so they offered to go theough all. Turns out all 4 towers blew. Not sure how, but everything in all 4 was gone. They could have rebuilt all, but worked with me on pricing and i bought 4 new towers. They checked and tuned system end to end for me.

Can't say enough good stuff about Exile. They have taken care of me a couple of times now and I wouldn't deal with anyone else. They are awesome!

Met up with Bill and Donovan a couple weeks back. They fixed a couple of quick release issues on XM-9's and re-tuned my audio. In and out in a day. Guys are awesome. So glad I listened to a buddy when I was setting up my Mondo. Love the product and the support!
