Look for this... this was from my stbd rear ballast as it passed by the engine on the way to the pump. The source of my similar issue.

I had a similar problem with my ballast hose from my rear port locker ... I was wondering why my bilge pump kept running until I realized that my bag wasn't filling up! I opened up the locker and saw this
A quick trip into Ace hardware in town for one of these guys had me back in business an hour later!

When you come to a stop the water in your bilge comes forward to where the pump is located ( if you have 2 bilge pumps. I have one at the transom and one towards the front)

Water comes out of 2nd side drain when I stop
My boat was doing this more and more and I thought maybe the shaft packing was leaking. Nope....lower fill/drain fitting on my port side bag was working it's way out and leaking water out of the ballast until it completely yanked free today. Had to glue those bitches in with PVC cement when I got home. Not coming out again, now. So my suggestion, check the fittings on you ballast bags.

I fix my leaking bad issue, but I still get that momentary squirt of water that comes out when I come off plane after surfing or wake boarding for a while. It's not as bad as before because I don't have a massive water leak. But it still is kind of intriguing.

Just wanted to chime in .... very similar issue and thought it will be something that I address in off season. Noticed that after a session where ballasts are used I'll end up with ~2 to 3" of water in bilge that I have to remove the t-plug to drain once boat is on lift. Under of the rear ballast bags are pretty wet so I hope it is just a fitting issue. I upgraded bags at the beginning of season and did not use the PVC cement as suggested by many on the site (Wakemakers said that it wasn't a requirement).

Update went out today with major water leaking from ballast bags as fittings were popping out. So count me in for the pvc cement once the off season arrives.
