New prop for 2015 Mondo??
I've been googling this subject and am going in crazy, way too much info on hundreds of different props that possibly don't pertain to my situation. Information overload!!
I have an OJ 14.25 x 14.5 prop on my Mondo Surf Edition right now. I installed 1100 lb rears along with the stock 500 center/500bow so I'll be running a possible 3200 lbs with the occasional 1200 lbs of people ballast (most times around 6-700 lbs). An Acme 1433 was suggested but I see the specs are almost identical to the one I have. Can anyone give me some insight on the prop I have installed right now and what I should possibly look at going to if I decide to change it?
Thanks,

Yes, Wakemakers or Nettles. Give them a call. Tell them what you have and what your current ballast is and what riding you do plus your elevation and they will make recommendations. Good luck!

I have the exact same setup. I tried the 1235 and it wasnt good enough with the extra weight. I bought the 2079 and its great. Great low end power and still goes 44mph top end. Fully loaded with 6 adults the engine runs at 3400 rpm while surfing.

Call OJ props in Tennessee, they are made down the road from me and have excellent customer service. They will go over everything with you and recommend the best prop for your situation.
