SPN 707 FMI 3 is a low oil level indication. Check your oil with the dipstick. If the oil level is OK, there is an oil level switch on the side of the oil pan. It is on the same side of the engine that the starter is on. Check and make sure the wiring harness plug is plugged into the switch and that the contacts are clean.
