    Default ok to drill into what I assume is an air intake?

    On my 2010 LSV I plan on moving my amp rack around. I want to move it closer to the front opening of the seat. When you open the seat and look in, there is a column with a 4" black duct line coming from the air scoop below the passenger window.

    This coulm stick out about 2 inches and looks like it travels to below the floor to vent out the hull/engine fumes etc.

    Is it ok to drill and attach some screws to the bump out part? I assume its just hollow inside.
