Blower fan replacement, 2011 Outback
I think I need to replace the blower fan, I am not at the boat, but it keeps tripping the breaker. The boat got swamped a bit when I slowed down too quickly in my own wake, but it was to get to a downed wakeboarder. So, I assume the blower got wet and is now dead.
First, I couldn't find it. I don't know what it looks like it nor where to look. I assume in the engine compartment. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, would this be the correct replacement?:

Not sure about that specific Outback but most boats pretty much use that blower. As long as your hose is 3", and I think they mostly all are, that should do the job.

Inspect inside the fan housing for debris that may prevent rotation. They have rather stout motors that should take an occasional spray.

Mine was sitting on the floor in the bilge. When I replaced it, I installed it on the bottom of some angle right below the floor instead of sitting in the water.
