Accessing center ballast on LSV

Is there a way to get in the center ski locker to check or manually drain the center ballast bag on the LSV? It is a 2013 and I am trying to set the drain and fill timers and want to see the level of the ballast like I can in rear.

It's not a bag, it's a hard tank. You can access it from the 2 round floor covers, or by removing the gas tank (don't recommend that one) it should be 6 minutes for the hard tank and then however much extra for an IBS if you have one. 100lbs per minute.
