There was a post on here recently of someone from Florida that put an aluminum trailer under a boat. It was probably costly, but they have a lot of trailers down there.
Years ago I found it difficult to find a used trailer in good condition for my old boat. I gave up looking and purchased a new trailer. It was taking too much time. Although now is the best time to scan CL.
Sorry to hear that news. Last night coming off the lake my girlfriend was just asking me if she could drive the empty truck/trailer down to the ramp to pick up the boat.
Her middle name should be 'curb-scraper' b/c you should see the rims on her new car that is only 1 year old. Yikes. Hard for me to look down at them when I walk past the passenger side.

you can give metalcraft in slc utah a try but I was not impressed with their powdercoating on my tige and it would be a last ditch if I was in the market again.
