We have it the 15x13. I want to say we were mid 30's. I'll let you know this weekend when it's back in the water.

Thanks for all the comments. Just via previous research, it looked like 1100s were the way to go. I will most likely do that next year, I have no issue using the rope, as I'm still learning. Heading up north this weekend for a week, hoping to get a lot of practice time in!

Doesn't the 2017 Mojo with the surf max package come with 900# rear bags? I too would like some more weight in the rear but I'm not sure if the 1100s would be worth the extra cash.

This whole adding bigger bags to the rear lockers is disheartening!! I just paid 75K for a used '15 Mondo Surf Edition with 14 hrs (Canada prices), they are 100K new up here. You would think at these prices the manufacturers would install what is needed from the start!! I can't imagine a factory upgrade from 650's to 1000's would cost more than a few dollars for them.

It was my understanding that due to the shape of the rear lockers, 1100s don't fill completely. Some estimate you don't get more than about 900 lbs in them. If you want more weight than the max surf package you need the 1459 Enzo's, or lead. We are going to go lead because the Enzo's take up all storage space.

I thought this when I first bought my Craz as well. However, I think they do it because of the capacity rating. For a Craz it's as follows:
16 people and 2,400 #'s
That comes out to 150 #'s per person on average, excluding anchors, gear, etc. That's assuming 16 people, which would be overcrowded. But, I think a lot of new boat owners look at those numbers...
If they put 1,100 # bags in the back, they would have to reduce the capacity rating on the plate down to 1,400, which comes out to 88 #'s per person (again, assuming 16 people), excluding anchors, gear, etc. Realistically, if you throw in 200 #'s of gear, your capacity is down to 1,200, which isn't a whole lot.2016 Craz

I have the Enzo 1450 s and they fill up. The only problem is the loss of under seat storage. If you want a real wave go straight to the 1450s and you will have a great wave and never regret it

I have 2014 mojo. I put three 50 lbs bag of sand on left side.( we only use that side for surfing) Fill ballast 100/75/100. Surf plate to first notch. Speed 8.8. Wake plate full nose up.. I get a lot of push and long.
