Fresh Air Intake Ducts and Rain Water
I have a 2000 Moomba Kanga and I have noticed that after it rains the water that runs off of the windshield and onto the bow tends to run into the two air intake ducts due to the recess in the bow right in front of them. It then fills up the air hoses/ducting and bilge.
Has anyone found or fabricated covers for these ducts or use something to plug it with when the boat is not in use so when it rains you don't fill your air hoses and bilge? Thanks!

I hadn't even considered this as my bilge always has at least a bit of water in it.
I take it that you have a two piece bow and cabin cover? My guess is that most people have a full cover, so they wouldn't experience this issue.2004 Mobius LS - hooked on footin'

The cover snaps at the top of the windshield. For now I just cut some closed cell foam to fit into the duct to plug it when the boat is not in use.

I think you got it with the foam as my boat is open bow so I use a full cover.
