    Default Quick summerizing question

I have been following along another guys thread for winterizing to make sure I got everything taken care of for summerizing. I've got everything done except for this one plug

I am missing both plugs from the engine block but I had one regular nut plug and this thing in the bag. I'm not sure which one goes on which side as the guy that did the winterizing thread either didn't specify or he had two standard plugs.

Which side does this go in and does anything attach to the little pisser tip?

That's your knock sensor. On my DD, it's installed on the driver's side and there's a fine wire with a little clip that attaches to it. Should be hanging around down there.

If you have a vdrive, yours might go on the other side (engine faces the other way). In either case, just look for the wire and clip and then you'll know you have the correct side.

DD is short speak for direct drive (as opposed to v-drive). As for knock sensor, here's some info easy to understand:

Thanks yall much! And I found the little wire with the cap! It's actually my mother in laws boat and she was going to call the dealership to ask them. I told her nah the moomba crew has the dealership beat.
