    Default Kid wake surf board opinions?

    Looking to get the little men a board this year. 7 & 9 yrs, each ~60lbs. Any recommendations?

    P5 scamp for my 11 year old. he's not even 70 pounds, but loves it. light and easy to flip. got it from Wakemakers with the forum discount.

    They grow out of them so fast you can save some coin. Grab a Zap or Exile skim board and, if you want, throw a fin on the back end. You can even put some hydroturf on top if you want. They surf great!

    P5 scamp all the way. Good up to 120lbs and excellent resale value when they do outgrow it.

    That is another good point. If you get a decent board and they outgrow it there is always a market for a used one. Kids keep coming along (for other people too).
