So, just got the boat and lift kit; same day. Thought lift was good to go, but then something terrible happened. The flat boards previously used for the pontoon broke, then I-beam rolled. Luckily, the boat wasn't lifted much when that happened. Also, we have a friend nearby and they let us put our boat on their lift and thankfully no damage or scratches. Do you have I-beam/cradle stabilizers. If so, what? Dock folks are backed up; who knows when they'll get out here. I'll go with them either way, just curious what you have?IMG_3029.jpg

I am unable to make sense of what your picture is trying to show. But from your description, I will offer this.
I keep my boat on a Hydrohoist lift. The bunk supports are attached to the lift in a triangulated manner to prevent rotation and falling over. Under the carpeted wooden 2x6 bunk lying flat at a slight angle to follow the hull shape, is an angle iron running full length from bunk support to bunk support for an approximate 16 foot length.
I would suggest looking at their web site to get an idea what that manufacturer does, then look to see if your lift maker supplies something like it. I guess you have learned that this is a good item to go heavy duty.

Wait, now I understand our pic.
You need to connect the front and rear I beams together with steel at the I beam level. Not only up at bunk height.
Search for someplace like www.bh-usa.com.
Good luck.

This is the kind of boat support/cradle you want for a cable lift boat lift.

I didn't want to go with wood, but after weighing options, I went with two 2x10s bolted together and covered with Overton's Malibu carpet (perfect fit). IMG_3051.jpgIMG_3052.jpg
Measure the distance between the two longest bunks on your trailer and match up to that !
I have a 4400 lb cap Hydrohoist and I was looking at getting a 2015 Mojo. Is your lift the 4400 lb cap?
